It's hot, it's gross. And my hair is long enough now that it's on my neck and I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate it

But lol I can't stand it

I'm not anxious about my hair at all. The anxiety is definitely rooted in other things, like school, July being busy af, etc. But it's culminating into a frustration aimed at my hair LOL

Next time I get a haircut, I'm just gonna get an undercut again. I physically can't handle this anymore

I'm gonna try to calm down and maybe schedule a hair thing so I feel... productive with this anxiety spike
