I was learning Italian, but I kept confusing it with what I remembered from HS Spanish classes. Once I came back from my trip, I switched over to Spanish.

Qwis: Huh. I had NO clue about their AI involvement. Just for that, I will NOT promote them beyond this plurk right here. I've got a good amount of Japanese in my noggin already, but I thought running through their course might confirm to me my vocabulary levels and fill in some gaps.

Hm. I have been doing the same exercises again and again, and feeling I am not learning anything new, and feeling maybe I should stop using it altogether. Sure, my series of over a thousand days would be gone... but I am quite good at tossing that kind of guilt aside once I have made my mind.

So... If they are using AI instead of humans to do their "courses", then maybe it's a good time to drop them. Well, ok. When my current subscription runs out. I'll put that money on easy German books instead.
