I have never found another piece by this artist, the signature is clear but basically impossible to search because it's "T. Sawyer" and searching that + art gets you nothing

But like, surely I would have found evidence of literally anything else by this artist at any point if it was a generic hotel painting or a recreation right? I've searched periodically

I've even searched specific museum records and collections

But I finally, finally found another piece of art. Same signature. Same style. Single ebay listing for $1,200

I reached out to the seller last night just to ask what he knew and where he got it, that I had only ever seen one piece before.

He DMed me back overnight that apparently he used to be an art/jewelry collector and he got it from a gallery in CO years ago after begging to buy it before it got donated to a Museum, for Six thousand dollars apparently. He has also only seen one other piece, at a fancy restaurant in NY that he doesn't recall the name of

I immediately showed him my piece and asked more because !!! Fascinating!! Digging holes!!

yeah! It may be pricey to ship and its a huge piece though, like 3x4'
