she just called someone to follow up on their application only for them to pick up and ask her what a care giving assistant (the very job they applied for) was

not used to having this sort of lull tbh. since my last job had me on constant backup of things to do all the time, the person I'm shadowing says this isn't common but still enjoying it as I get it

they...don't know the job they applied for?! ;o;

I'm happy you have a lull at work though. ;v; hopefully it won't be too crazy when it's busy

from what I saw firsthand it gets hectic, but it's the type of hectic /multitasking focus that my previous job required

so absolutely doable! actually feel a little bad because since today was just a focus on scheduling/ setting up my accounts/ and shadowing followup I feel like I didnt have enough active questions to ask because most of it was familiar to me already
