could you maybe have tweaked it in your sleep? I do that a lot. Or potentially since you’ve been working so hard, it could have been something that happened but didn’t register till now?
It may have been but I can't really afford not being in shape ^^''' I have painkillers ready just in case, I do admit I'm a bit worried but you gotta do what you gotta do
Definitely give yourself breathers through work if you can. It would be more detrimental to you and your workplace if it gets worse (more worried about you, but if you have to rationalize it like that to them, it can be necessary)
I will be fine. I can't really do anything to work less, sadly, not when one of our nurses is in sick leave and another person just left. fingers crossed for next week since i begin training another person for doing all night shifts and THAT may give me a breather in the long run
Dx please take it as easy as you can. i understand that's not as simple as possible, but stretch in between tasks if you can, sometimes that's the best we can do
will do! It has my anxiety rise up a LOT but I just have two more nights of work to do until a short break (one night) so if I'm careful I'm sure I can handle it. there's literlaly no one to cover my shifts...
