tbh the last thing I managed to upload on imgur are the plurk backgrounds I'm using... I was trying to upload that photo of the votive that I had only put through a mild photoshop filter though, maybe imgur actually caught that it was copyrighted
which is kind of wild but I have no other explanation

I never received any e-mails or communication otherwise to tell me I was banned, I literally only found out as I was trying to upload something

that's the only reason I can think of, yeah.... they've been really pushing the site as some sort of meme-sharing hub for a while now

I do have some things hosted on postimg now instead but that site does go down sometimes

I've been cautiously using dreamwidth's image hosting since i only use it for journal layout images

hmmm I've never tried that before.... I might give it a shot, I pretty much only use image hosting for journal stuff + character memes

Yeah! It's not a lot of space but as someone who doesn't use too much offsite image hosting I don't mind

(in the meantime? I've absolutely used plurk images, since i pay for plurk)
