first night back at my job after an unintended 5 day vacation to recover from a tooth infection. and even if this weeks paycheck is already fucked I need the hours so I can't just call it quits

I appreciate it. it's just been a really rough week

sometimes antibiotics can make you tired, yeah. but probably if you have been in pain your sleep has been disrupted too

accursed sleep debt...

and on work bitching news, the company I take calls for has changed their procedures so now customers have to wait even longer before their claims can be processed. I've had 4 calls in a row of angry customers already

oh god the worst

I dealt with that recently of my company changing every insured having a direct agent to only big ones having them and smaller ones getting a team where they have to be assigned one through calling in and asking us to put a note in about it

and a lot of people were not happy about it

but re: antibiotics, they can wipe you out and also just your body fighting an infection will too. antibiotics usually make me feel sick which is why I'm tired, but sleep debt also def contributing I'm sure

well. I went to the dentist. and the most important stay out of pain treatments that they "Recommend" costs 3 grand

all of the work they recommended totaled up to 10 grand

head in hands. I can't think about that kinda money or I'll start to cry

a lot of them will offer payment plans : ( look into care credit too, might be an option for you. I'm sorry bud

yeah I'm gonna sit down and figure out. there are options. it's just such a gut punch, feels like watching my savings and plans get set aflame as I try and it all out. I wanted to move in the winter and if I can't figure it out I might not be able to get out of my current situation until... God next spring?

I dunno. I need to figure it out another time. I'm stressing too much about it and just needed to scream
