general idea is to cut down on the maple syrup/sweetness, use some apple concentrate or sliced fresh apple slices

I'll have to study a bit more, using apple juice before ended up turning into vinegar

Plan: cut down maple syrup and artificial apple flavor by half, slice up 2-3 pink ladies and use a large strainer (will need a new jar with a larger mouth for this) to let them sit in the mead for flavor

But then I can also crush some of those apples for juice. I think if I don’t use AS MUCH juice as last time, I should be safe from being vinegar’s

That means I’ll have to eventually invest in a proper juicer but I’m sure my parents would be okay keeping it at their place until we get a house?
