attempt at stracchino focaccia wasn't THAT bad
I MUST learn how to make the cheese spread better because the pics of the recipe were a LOT cheesier but I followed it step by step so...
two things: more oil. More cheese spread (and more salt so i guess it's three)
oh the taste and the texture are great!
I'm going to try a few different recipes for focaccia and see which one is better before sticling just to one tho, so be prepared to see more attempts in the next weeks
