Alexander got referred there for some imaging and they refused to schedule the imaging all it once or any time soon and demanded we send our insurance info through unsecured emails

I got referred for an x-ray and they refuse to even MAKE appointments fot Xrays, they MAKE you walk in during their extremely limited hours (exclusively during work time on work days)

and they're HUGE dicks about it

I cannot take half a day off to sit in your damn waiting room!!

We sent in a very thorough complaint

but this has delayed some serious health stuff we need by A Lot and it sucks
