so now i really do gotta go looking for their other poetry books I don't have yet

I have several albums that are signed, some of the early works, and some of the later stuff but there's a chunk in the middle I'm still missing

like I do love me poetry but there is something special about spoken word poetry and hearing pieces performed that just takes shit to another level

I performed "Sleeping" for a class in college bc it's one of my favorite pieces, like stood on the teacher's desk and recited it and all, and it was one of those things where you look around the classroom and you know nobody 'got' it lol

today's therapy session is about to get a lot more interesting if I go in crying that one of my favorite poets of all time died, like I gotta find the humor in this stuff
