I am gonna Take It Easy today, at work and in general

I have had wicked heartburn lately and its made me want fresh fruit and veg, raw stuff, less meat and fried things. Salads, kimbap, tuna/chicken salads, simple sandwiches, rice bowls, cold soups, chia pudding, stuff like that.

We are looking at going to Arizona in October for a long weekend and I am jazzed

its a thankfully slow day at work so I am doing a lot of tiny writing prompts and working on cookbook stuff
