Y'all wanna mistake your boy for a cryptid?
Little pair of glowing eyes out there in the dark, and then you're actually just dealing with a silly little German man.
That's the initial thought, haha. He'll also be doing some camping/exploring, so.
Mostly, my mod questions determine how much of an attitude problem he's going to have. That's all.
ahahaha yesss team cryptid. if it helps I asked a mod question about this too and got an answer
though mine was for....actual hunting
The Actual Spooky and the Spooky in Appearance Only.
What a way to meet Kurt, lol
hunting would be fun! I am just getting around to reading through the post rn haha
rowena is either panicking (or feeling aroused) by the cryptids sooo
I would love some cryptidy Kurt!!
I crashed harder than I meant to after dinner and a walk, so hello I return on Saturday morning.
Most re: what would have happened if characters attempted to offer artifacts to the obelisk, remaining effects in Insincerity, and remaining night terror effects.
So I'm going to try to get my thoughts organized into an OOC post and will likely also do open prompts at...some point!
Continual nightmares.
Ransacking someone after a temple visit goes poorly, alas.
rowena also picked up an artifact (tho she didnt think of offering it to the obelisk, she'd be interested in knowing that)
He'd be happy to share the info! Rowena is also his other partner in Fucking Around with This Section of Plot, so it's reasonable that he'd bring it to her. So the info is hers if you want her to have it!
she was trying to harass jon about investigating some stuff with her but he was occupied so her and kurt could have a little adventure about it
Less industrious than I wanted to be (and may not improve tomorrow) due to ~family things~. To try and make things not sound dire, my FIL has been doing poorly this month and was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Current outlook is optimistic, seems like he's going on an antibiotic regimen, but everybody send up a good vibe for Joe.
I'm glad he's got a diagnosis, because his symptoms were in the realm of "oh this could be practically anything" considering that he's a 74-year-old smoker/drinker. And he's been kinda petulant about getting follow-up tests after some issues at the beginning of the month.
Positive vibes!

I've had a couple of family members with Lyme and they both ended up with zero long term issues. I hope it goes as smoothly.

sending well wishes for your husband and his family.
Thanks! And good to hear. I've only known one individual who had it and it apparently fucked him up for a while. But I guess in this case they've caught it at a decent time, etc.
sending good vibes good vibes!
Me, several days ago: I will return for plotting post and open TL.
Me, right now today: I will probably not do either of those things.
My FIL didn't actually test positive for Lyme, but Lyme antibodies so the jury's still out on whether that's a factor for his current health struggles. We went to visit Sunday and were there for the doctor's convo with parents, where we realized... Oh, neither of these people are good at absorbing/disseminating information.
Ugh that’s exhausting I’m sorry. I hope they can figure shit out soon
They're both being very difficult about it, unfortunately. One of the doctor's was mildly rude/condescending to MIL so now she's hyperfocused on that instead of, like, being helpful?? But anyway it's a chain of everybody being stressed out so pfffft.
I might parse down current/older threads and tag into others' event-related things, rather than fussing with setting my own shit up.
endtransmission Thanks! I hope so, too! Joe at least got to go home today. Now we just need to stay on their asses for follow-ups.
