it's sort of funny I went to a lot of trouble to learn Song of Balduran last year and have almost completely forgotten it, but that was only because Down by the River was in a prohibitive key. and now that I have a capo I'm like. oh this is easy actually

it's too bad Veilguard didn't have a big song or I'd have tried to learn that too, I like having nerdy pop culture stuff mixed in. but I think Down by the River is actually a lot more recognizable than Song of Balduran so I can more aggressively sing it at BG3 cosplayers

the violations were things like... forklift stuff, idk anything about it, maybe it was valid. maybe some of this IS valid man, I don't know

I'm just kind of learning that while the faire admin contains some MAGAs, it turns out that so does the PFC. it's MAGAs all the way down and they're having a nextdoor style drama explosion all over everything, and I never thought I would say this but I'm actulaly kind of on the corpo's side in this one

missing over half the season seems like a bad vibe

feeling pretty ok in comparison to yesterday, basically no worse and a third negative covid test suggests this is a case of The Sniffles. I'm gonna go ahead and go out tomorrow, the nice thing about faire is that it's extremely easy to social distance

If its any consolation, mine and avali's sick with sore throat was just turbo sniffles and not the vid
