but I'm somehow just learning about "sticky cuticles"?
how they kinda seamlessly, almost, meld onto your nail
and how that;'s not how they're supposed to be?
so I thought all my life that because all my nails didn't do that, I didn't give a shit about making my nails look nice
but now I'm trying so I'm looking for care tips
the lady who started holo taco does streams and stuff and I saw one posted on youtube about some care stuff, like getting a nice cuticle pusher and one of those glass nail files instead of a emery board one
so I have those saved to my amazon cart atm. I also got some sally hanson instant cuticle remover that she used in the "lesson"
one of my nails/cuticles is always gonna be a bit fucked up no matter one because I cut off my thumb when I was two (it was reattached np)
but the scar remains 33 years later lol
the sticky cuticles is an eczema trait!

it is?
but I can't recommend the glass files enough they are wonderful
they're IMPOSSIBLE to find around me but I haven't checked Ulta or Sally's yet. I'll probably just order them because I found a three pack on amazon
on my hands anyway. my feet, almost all of them are
same on my hands, about 50/50. Never checked my toes lol but I know a couple are for sure
You should soak your nails before using a cuticle pusher, so its easier to remove.
there are so many how to's on YouTube that are very helpful. If i can find some, I'll post links
got my glass/crystal files today and omgggggggggggggggggg you were right
komikbookgeek
I need to run to Sally's later for a cuticle pusher still though
and I'm using lotion more often to make sure my cuticles stay soft (also for the eczema)
roomie (
tinymuffin84 ) bought me some Black Cherry Merlot hand cream that smells AMAZING
I also got a vortex mixer and mixed my polishes up and they look better than everrrrr
and now I have the perfect color for tomorrows wedding
I also like that you can disinfect the files to use it between different people
