was supposed to be back at work today but my stomach was in so much pain that I finally booked off 20 minutes before I was to leave my place
took 6 alka seltzers and then 4 gravol and nothing worked. Fell back asleep with the heating pad
I hope it passes quickly, that's miserable!

It's been totally miserable. Finally feeling somewhat normal and it's 8:12pm. It had started over night.
I'm glad it is improving. I hope this is the end of it.
Oh why? What's the doctor's diagnosis on it?
