I hope you are able to find a fix. I have the s25 ultra I worry that may happen to mine.

It's been 56 hours and after draining my battery, it's finally fine. I switched it back so that the Power button will allow me to switch my phone off again, and disabled a bunch of bloatware from both Samsung and Google since they unfortunately refuse being uninstalled/deleted.

good that that issue has been resolved. i'll have to watch out for mine too, also a samsung.
