[weight and health talk] Cheat day. I'm gaining weight even with a diet for some goddarn reason so fuck it I'm having a calzone without cheese tonight. Ordered the pizza 10 minutes ago.
my legs feel heavy AF and I keep drinking while barely going to the bathroom AND I kno when I'm very stressed (TM) II tend to retain? I'm making myself a draining herbal tea tomorrow
I probably should. I usually do once a week but I try to eat healthy and cook mostly from scratch and have balanced nutrients. I guess right now I'm just frustrated but I'm ALMOST sure it's water retained because legs are VERy heavy and the skin feels stretchy and they had the 'static' feeling a couple of times in thepast few days
but yeah, i SHOuLD do it monthly. I MAY really start the food diary tho. no calories counting because IDK how to count calories of food I make myself but...
