I wanted to write something similar many years ago but when I went through the legal details I discovered it wasn't ok.
So when the news on the award comes out, I just assumed that her dad had obtained permission for her which I wouldn't be able to get and that is ok because I am nobody and so I will not be trusted

I am less concerned about who did the programming stuff because programming is soon to be automatic and everyone can pay to have AI completing for it so writing programs from scratch is sort of like pixel art and should be more like a type of sports competition.

The main problem in development is always data access nowadays -- many copyright issues with current versions of generative AI and so only big companies who can twist the legal system can sport in the arena

And any country will say it is better to have a working AI than not so the flow of history is that in the future, governments will fund certain original content authorship to keep the AI fed, and tax the big companies for that. Students will compete academically for paid jobs as what we call as bloggers or titokers etc

And yes there will still be YouTubers funded solely by their popularity but it will be officially like the education sector, with public and private going hand in hand as established parallels.
Nowadays we call paid content writer '50cents" -- it will soon be an established profession and there are some who are on the way and have collected support.
