Like the kid (relatively speaking he's a kid by the standards of anyone reading this) they hired a year ago to help out with this stuff can't program as well as me and he's making about 7k MORE than me per year.
Before when I was with the other programmers I didn't have a leg to stand on concerning pay as all of them are WAY better coders than me but...
