This did prompt me to finally establish a PCP for myself, so... Great! Can't move too much, but I've got treatment lined up.
Took a sick day to just fucking lay there. May or may not receive physical therapy starting next month, since my shoulder is an ongoing issue since, like, 2015/16.

Oh no. I hope something works for you when you start any sort of PT for it. That's a long time to have a chronic issue flaring up.
This has definitely been the worse it's been, probably counting the original injury. And it's purely bad posture shit. The original fit happened while I was in comics school, because I was looking down while I was drawing. And drawing is hella small, repetitive movements.
So idk if anyone needs to hear it but uh... don't do that!
I prescription was a muscle relaxer before bed, which has helped a lot. I can move today! I just have to not exacerbate things too badly before I go to bed again.
Unrelated: insane cucumber haul today.
The half-cuke there is because we have a groundhog that had a nibble on two hanging outside of the fencing. One it almost finished, one it barely started. I guess these are the sacrificial cucumbers that prevent him from storming the bed. He has gotten past the fencing before because it's weak, alas.

I rolled over in bed yesterday morning and somehow fucked myself up again. Much more mild, but it's wacked up the past couple-a days. Thus I am running slowly and periodically!

Yes! I believe so. I still have to work on better posture, overall, but it's a lot more comfy/easy now. It hasn't escalated from my desk-sitting, I don't think.
