[documentaries/palestine] So the film that won the Academy Award for best documentary of 2025 is not on any streaming services in the US and probably never will be. But you can find it on pirated sites. It’s called No Other Land.
I’m watching it now. It’s about the West Bank and follows a Palestinian activist and an Israeli journalist who befriend each other and expose more of what’s happening and has been happening for decades.
It’s extremely good and I encourage everyone to watch it.
Man, I just read that one of the activists in the film was shot and killed not long after it was produced. Awdah Hathaleen.
