I have made 309 calls in the last six work days (probably more, not counting the people who paid since the first week and have been taken off the list)

I am having a lot of fun whittling down the MASSIVE outstanding balance list that was there when I started here but I hate the phone calls, looking forward to when its Done and I can do short per-semester lists

(for context I am the sole collection agent for a fancy tech college right now and the last person apparently just did not do her job. at all. There's several years of people who should have been settled piled up)
