Oh, that wonderful moment of writing an email, removing an outside contact from the CC list, email app crashes, so you re-write it but forget to remove that person a second time and your upper manager immediately calls you out on it.
Luckily it wasn't anything MAJOR or a big issue. It was about an internal IT issue which the client just didn't need to know about. As my answer was basically - this client isn't part of the group of invoices we know the system gobbled
I just hate that I had the memory of removing them. I still should have doubled checked. I'm in accounts - I have the ability to release some damaging info. I'm usually so much more careful than this.
