[airbnb] I decided to put a 'NO SMOKING' rule and cut the losses. the state of the smell in the apartment was infernal because 'smoking is fine outside' clearly means 'leave ashes in all places'
also they complained about 'no water in the apartment, I had to take my showers by using damp towels and clean myself like that but 
the water IS THERE?
not THAT much but ???????
it's an old house and that's a third floor, of course there won't be a jet stream but it's right there????
