I bet a better frozen veg mix and some cubed tofu would would be great but I used canned cubed potatoes, canned chicken, and frozen broccoli and ate it with soba

(I have found I prefer my Japanese curries with noodles)

some sriracha sauce or lime juice would have really elevated it too
