She likes to do a lot of crossover style games, like this one was Predator and Alien inserted into a D&D style, and often times she looks online for stat blocks and idk how often she actually looks over them and edits them, bc they're super broken most of the time

She knows they're broken, so she compensates by gives us cool tech, but I kinda wish sometimes I can just beat the monster by using my OWN skills and weapons instead of the stuff she gives us, if that makes sense

Magic items are always fun but I don't want to have to use those over what I have bc they have more power? I wasn't able to use almost all my bloodhunter abilities bc the creature had an insane AC (26!! And you're telling me this is CR 12??) and I had to use the items she gave us bc they'd hit better

This is coupled with the fact that she likes beating us. She's outright stated she expected one of us to die and wants to basically "win"

And that leads to a mindset of "player vs DM", which isn't great considering D&D is collaborative
