4pm-> 7am..... then sleep a bit, 4pm and 7am AGAIN?

I have 196 hours this month

and 12 of those shifts are the '13 hours' ones

the insane bit is I won't even be paid so much for the extra because they do a 'hours bank' for every contract end

so they pay me for X hours each month and they're TECHINICALLY alllwed to distribuite them

I'm doing MATH as well and I think I have a LOT of hours I can demand for free
