was the first time the pm found out Abt Dazai when Higuchi went to the agency ? bcuz she at least knew Chuuya face from one scene in stormbringer and if shed been working with aktugawa since he was 14 then surely she would have known Dazai's face and recognised himw hen she went to the agency (?)
