ordered grub hub last night, guy delivers it to the wrong house despite me leaving detailed delivery instructions (we've had issues in the past), Grub hub refunds me and gives me an extra $10 on top for the inconvenience, I order again, same guy goes to deliver this new one despite being in the next town over from the burger king.
he proceeds to take his time picking it up, arrives at the same house he drove to before, asks for the delivery code (which hadn't been used the last order) over text, and I tell him he's at the wrong house.
He calls me directly, smugly tells me he is at my house and that he's knocking on my door right this instant. I tell him no, I'm standing at my door and he isn't there.
Eventually he figures it out, drops my food off, by this point it's 8pm and my food was cold
also as soon as the guy went to claim the order from 15 minutes away from the restaurant I tried contacting customer service but all they told me was "well it looks like he's set to deliver it on time so we can't do anything yet" 
ugh
