It's taken a while to get to this point - while I had a Nintendo 64 as a kid, we never bought Super Mario 64 for some reason, and I've never beaten it. However, I've been playing the game on the Wii U, and I've got enough stars to reach the final battle!
I'm not aiming for 100% completion.
It feels so good to have reached this.
I used the Wii U's save feature to avoid having to redo the level, though I wound up dying five or six times. Still, I beat the game!
