Museum of London（現已更名為 London Museum）在 2016 年，即倫敦大火 350 週年的時候，舉辦了一個以此為主題的特展。這副鬆餅夾與其他倫敦大火文物一起展出，館方還展示了這批文物的 X 光照片，讓大家得以一窺它們的內部結構。

從 Huffpost 的相關報道可以看得到鬆餅夾的內部結構，跟現代熱壓鬆餅機裡的模板差不多。

十七世紀英國製作鬆餅的材料跟現代應該差別不大，但鬆餅在當時是出現在慶祝場合或餐後「宴會」（指當時在晚餐後提供幫助消化的食物的場合，通常是甜膩的食物）中的奢侈品，需要用到較為名貴的材料去製作，如﹕玫瑰水和香料。一想到鬆餅的形狀和製作器具過了超過 350 年都沒怎麼改變，還是覺得很神奇

很喜歡這個展覽的美術設計和精品，隔熱手套和馬克杯不止漂亮，還很應景。當年沒能看這個展覽真是可惜，我應該會忍不住在商店花一筆錢
