Well. We're all (landlord, spouse, cat, and me) playing the waiting game for the well company to get to us. We're just a work order on a stack of them, and I know these places pull from the bottom of the stack first. But they promised by Friday.
Just had a convo with the landlord. He thinks, based on the trickle of water we can get, that there's a hole in the pipe. So it's come down to either the pipe or the pump. Here's a pic off the internet to show a typical setup, it matches what we have. See the pump waaaaay down there? 
THE WELL GUY IS HERE! And he laughs just like Santa Claus. 4-5 hours and he says we will be done!

Fogwoman: He was EXCELLENT. He could tell by the numbers on the old pump that it was installed in 2013. He taught us a LOT. Here's some info - I took a pic of the truck. His nickname is Bud.

StereoNacht: a hole in the draw pipe. I took a lot of interesting pics, and it's all so complicated that I want to write a blog post about the process, preparation, after-care, etc. the last step of normalizing again just happened this evening.
