Good luck! And at least personally, I can definitely say that if I had to choose between a job I just don't like and a job where I get screamed at and/or insulted regularly (regardless of whether or not I liked everything else about it), I would definitely go for the former.

hahah yeah 8') i've like genuinely never had a job that was just constant, nonstop abuse on calls. with zero ability to escalate the call to a manager.

it was the most miserable experience of my life and did tremendous damage to my mh

this job is much chiller and they're actually making the position for me

if i get hired

its also just a regular mon - fri position, regular hours. with health benefits.

and like after that last job i need to go talk to a therapist again

i think i'm getting back to being okay now? but i spent july onwards in active crisis.

this job also pays a lot better than the old one. i'm not sure of the exact salary numbers but it should be at or above my previous position.

hope it goes well! off the phone abuse is an automatic perk
