Managers and team leads have no problem bitching me and my people out when we are behind and busting our asses but when I call for any sort of help I get fucking crickets

Tried calling one lead to help me get an overdue item. Nothing. I call a manager. Get an answer.

Manager: Did you call lead?
Me: Yes. I got no answer.
Manager: He's right here with me....

I finally get a fucking answer and I have to wait another 20 fucking minutes before anything happens
