I know I've been a lot more ambiently stressed for a long time because, well, who hasn't, but it might be the iron...

I like to keep frozen fruit in my freezer so I don't have to prep too much for my breakfast, idk if that would help you?

got myself a green salad, bean salad, roast chicken, tomato veggie soup, and some grapefruit for lunch so hopefully I can recover some Nutrients
