LMAO i started paying attention to those at some point, “pleasant” is apparently standard doctor speak for something like “this patient doesn’t seem emotionally impaired” which IS a medically relevant observation but still hilarious to find in your visit notes
“well groomed” is another one that shows up sometimes, which is funny to encounter but it is also, for example, used to evaluate pet health, and even human patients aren’t always 100% communicative
