Why? All you had to do was CC one extra email address in the: to section after hitting reply all???????

I just wanted the team's inbox included because she's going to be off for the next 3 days and I just want to make sure we see the answer if it comes while she's away.

And she sent it to my work email. Not the team's inbox. When she should know that we went EVERYTHING to go to our team inbox. We are not supposed to be sending to our individual emails

I also only know this email existed because she came to me to confess she sent it from her personal work email and not the team one. What was the best way to get it back to the team one?

My solution was just to reply like normal, but add the team inbox's email

Why do they ask for my opinion and then ignore it to do something harder?
