Apparently, this weekend was a no-tech weekend.
latest #14
To be fair I had a few things happen while still getting over the whole being sick.
- death in the family. It was a little expected but still a lot.
- the Org I'm in kind of blew up because of a bitch
- Mom's cough is making her super frustrated so I spent a few days distracting her
- Also - went and saw the Conjuring Last Rights
barely on my phone for anything past texts to schedule and talk about things.
(and by talk about things, I mean like, hey Luisa and I are by Blackwood, do you want anything - to mom - and she felt up to brisket, so she texted me back asking for the meats)

I'm almost feeling better.

I can almost breath without snuffling. I can almost get through an hour without coughing. And I have a little energy. Though the IT guy today threatened to steal it all by frustration of not wanting to do his job.
Now I just need my head to settle on straight so I can get back into writing.
I'm so sorry about the death in your family. But I'm glad you're recovering. Was the movie good?
dynasty_decapitated: it's been a long recovery, but I'm glad we're finally getting there. And thanks. It's always hard, even when it's kind of seen coming.
dynasty_decapitated: movie wise - As a whole, I think the movie was a good close to the franchise's Warren story for the most part. There were a few things I would have done a little differently, and there were a few things I donno if I'd consider some of them 'closed' and done. but I'm happy with the ending too?
but also knowing they have been in talks for a tv show deal, I can understand leaving some of the things open as well
Ah, I see. Thanks for the info!
So sorry for your loss. It doesn't matter if you know it's coming. It can still be hard. My heart goes out to you. I am very glad that your health is on the upswing. I'm thinking of you for all things. <3
