Latest is that we need to put out a call for new team members for this year. I wrote up an email and requested it to be sent out to all staff.

Followed up asking why it hasn't been sent out to all staff yet.

Got told: oh, useless told us to hold onto it.

Why??!??

Because he thought the new route information was being revealed on Sept 17th and wanted to include that information in the email.

Even though in my recruitment email I even mentioned coming to that reveal night on OCTOBER 17th

And we're supposed to already have the new team recruited BEFORE OCTOBER

He just had to say nothing. Just had to let my email go out to all staff.

Instead he went and asked IT not to send the email to all staff because of a date he got wrong.

He was CC-ed into that email from IT letting me know that they were holding it until he gave the okay.

He responded that he thought we should wait until the route reveal.

I let him know that's not until Oct 17th and he went: oh, then okay release her email.

IT came back to confirm if we needed to make any changes to the email as it's been about 2 weeks now.

He said he didn't read it, but that's the one ZZ sent so go ahead.

Luckily I didn't need to change any of the dates I had written in that email, but dude... At least read it.
