I’m having a lit of feelings about Adolin and Maya too

By the contract, Odium can capture countries by capturing their capitals

But Adolin asked what exactly capturing a capital entailed and no one had a clear answer

Then, later

Someone said that as long as the emperor was on the throne, Azir was still a nation

No one ICly made the connection but I think that’s it

I don’t think Azir counts as captured as long as Emperor Yawnagan is still resisting Odium
