one of my mom's friends who works at a centre for people with intellectual disabilities, she said that SEVERAL of their employee were targeted by the same group you were for WEEKS. They got endless emails and calls. They didn't fire the workers though, because they gave a shit about their employees

they checked the employee's social media account and didn't find anything they felt was worth the outrage, so they didn't give in

I know that doesn't help you much, but maybe gives you a little hope about the world in general
