9br/8ba, 105 acres, 12,000 sqare feet
oh total dealbreaker if there's an HOA
i assume that's what it means there under the acreage
Oh, no it says there's none.
sign me up for a ghost roomie!
How fucked are with with no AC in Connecticut?
eh. i don't have ac now and i'm in upstate ny. besides. window units are a thing
it sucks sometimes, but generally survivable. i have a window unit just for sleep during the absolutely worst of summer
I’m in the PNW, I do not understand weather on the east side of the country.
we have four seasons if that helps
less rain than you generally
though fall and spring have gotten.... loose... in recent years. Thanks, climate change!
you'll want window units in the room you sleep in for the summer
but I've had no central air for most of my life in MA

Ghosts, you say.
I already have a much smaller ghostish house
technically my house is older than that one!
ugh litchfield county though their weather can get wild
does not have a HOA but the mortgage is a little outside of my budget, even split 9 ways
Zillow estimates the monthly payments will be ONLY $55k.
maybe we can find a way to get the ghosts to pay rent
That'd be great because you know that place got hella ghosts
my ghosts never pay, it's very rude of them
nor do my squirrels, even ruder, and serving them eviction notices costs me $600
or we could just win various levels of the lottery all at once
raises hand
i have no money but i have the spirit
I wonder what the kitchen's like
sadly, I have no money and could only trade cooking, gardening and animal husbandry
but if the lottery should come in? SO THERE
Yeah, sus that there are 0 pics of a kitchen
I can't help thinking that property would be 10000% wasted on the kind o person who could afford it
There's a lotto machine in the lobby of my work now. Listings like this are 100% of why that's a problem for me.
Also I lowkey wanna pretend I'm interested just to get a tour
me just snapping 100 pictures and hoping to catch a ghost
uuuuugh, I want 100 acres someplace gorgeous like that
But if I win the sort of money that I could buy this, I'm just going to build one with all the convenient bits and replica history in a place that I'd actually want to live.
I just want land where I can have huge gardens and some chickens and goats and maybe a milk cow and a couple sheep... and ducks... with a pond... maybe some quail....

look what I got at an estate auction.
All very old, most intact, most blown or dried out.
probably not all legal to own
Need to level up my psyanky skills to play with these.
Wooooaah. =0
I agree about the eggs!
the people I've seen who do pysanky on eggs that tiny and fragile seem to usually fill them with resin first, but that is also a super painstaking thing that can go awry
