I was thinking about getting a new bed. wonder if there's any advice online about some good beds. something that would improve my overall health.

Maybe the President of the United States of America can recommend a good option.

I have a hybrid mattress, memory foam on top of springs and I have to say it’s pretty good. It’s ‘keyed’ though, so you can’t flip it or turn it end to end, it has a specific head and foot end, different contours etc.

I didn’t see whatever he is shilling now but I hope it is quite similar to a grow bag and someone keeps putting dirt on top until you can’t see anything poking out, just like you’d do for potato

I had a mattress with a soft pillow on-top meaning it needed deeper pocket fitted sheets. It also could only be turned, not turned and flipped which reduced it's longevity. I've replaced it with a foam mattress that I liked a lot at first but which I like less and less over time. It sort of moves on the box springs toward one side and is too soft.

I have a pillow wedged between the mattress and frame to reduce sliding, but periodically have to knee it back into place. and the pillow slips, too.
