after the like, 10th fic that said written before 1.1, written before 1.3, written before 1.7 i went out on a limb and removed all fics updated before oct 2022

the fics i read in the tags after that....some of them are okay? but man
i would describe this last fic i was reading as like. a black hole. it was good, and competent. but there was something about its plotting choices that somehow disincentivized wondering what would happen next
