He is clearly attracted to people, sometimes, and he clearly cares about the various women in his life

But his relationships are always a secondary priority to being Batman

And none of the relationships really work out

I loved it when in Kitty Unpretty's work she had Wonder Woman go to a party and collect all the girls Bruce had slept with.

Honestly, I could see it.

It would be highly plausible for no one to have noticed that, because the lack of a desire to prioritize romantic relationships is kind of hard to notice when he's prioritizing vigilante crime fighting over pretty much everything anyway.

He can't stop being batman long enough to make any relationship work, much less romantic

Even if he isn't emotionally aro, he's functionally aro anyway
