[ableism] coworker ranting about how everything is "mental health" in the US and now how everyone is struggling. I told him that it's Japan that has one of the highest suicide rates in the world and he was like "that's not mental health" 
I told him ".... yes it is" and he asked "says who" and I'm like "psychologists" then explained how suicide has co-morbidities with mental illness
this is the same coworker that has also continued asking queer AFAB/women out ....
my favorite was his so very obviously biased rant how Halloween is a "pagan holiday" and how people are going to hell for celebrating it... like. he's clearly trying to pass it off as a joke but it's also clear that he's serious
it's enough to deal with his transphobia (he continues to misgender a MTF coworker and another nonbinary person) but jfc
