That feeling of asking 3 times for someone to select a drop down and they still don't do it. Because they 'forgot' in the 20 seconds after you asked a 3rd time.

They did so much more unnecessary steps and work.

And I kept saying: you don't need to do that. Just select this drop down.

And they still didn't.

I first told them verbally, walked back to my desk, got a teams messaging asking if they should do the drop down now, I said yes. I got asked a different question. Told them if they selected the drop down then they don't need to do those steps.

THEN THIRTY SECONDS LATER GOT ASKED TO CLAW THINGS OUT OF THE BACKGROUND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PICK THE DROP DOWN

People come to me for help because they say I'm approachable and good at explaining but this shit keeps happening at every job I've had.

It's got to be me right????
