one of the teachers is upset that her classes tomorrow are up against rival classes (one set having changed days after she'd selected her day!) and another teacher has gone AWOL today (leaving the door-duty volunteer wondering what to do).
had an update that the teacher only arrived for the later class. The other couple of volunteers had to fake it (presumably with basic steps) for the first class.
if the teacher went to the wrong venue (he's been known to do that before!), despite being reminded by me just last week, or had a bicycle incident (again it happens).
it’s clear to me that the club could not operate without you. I can’t really imagine that you could tolerate trying to train up a replacement for yourself. However, I was taught (decades ago) that it is important to start on succession planning almost as soon as you start in a volunteer role.
