I needed an entirely separate plurk to vent about this

WE LOST ONE OF OUR RELIABLE FORMS PEOPLE??

the team I'm on is already tiny enough, and now it looks like someone who was working part-time but knew forms pretty damn well either quit or was fired

so now I'm asking to fill in for one of her clinics.... BUT

I missed two days of work last week so my own clinics are terribly backed up

AND I GO ON VACATION ON WEDNESDAY??

I'm sure my supervisors are ALSO screaming into the void right now but goddamn

the person who left probably would've been covering for me in my clinics during my vacation lmao

things are so fucked

this 100% means they're going to have to get someone new on the Forms team very quickly... and the chances that I'll have to train someone once I get back from vacation are very high

they don't pay me enough for this shit

(not getting paid enough may even be why our person quit)
